An online lab for discovering your authentic self and your voice
– NOT ONLY FOR ARTISTS –
What does it mean to have a voice — and to trust it? Many of us sense something true wanting to speak, yet we hesitate, adapt, or get lost in many directions. This online lab invites you to slow down and listen. What feels yours? What is shaped by expectation? Through playful reflection and playful exploration, we create space for honesty, boundaries, and curiosity — not to find answers, but to stay with the questions and meet yourself more truthfully.

My Voice – an Online Lab

Discover your authenticity and seek your artistic voice
My name is Bea, I am 47 years old. I started Camino Art House 10 years ago, and from the very first moment, it became an amazing playground for me and for many others who encountered this project. Camino allowed me to explore many forms of art: visual arts, theatre, voice, movement, sculpting, performance, music, rhythm, writing, and poetry. But not only that: it also became a powerful space for self-discovery and self-development, mostly through art.
Over the years, I have facilitated several workshops and participated in many more. I took part in art camps, experienced different methods of self-awareness, and lived through challenging moments that led me to a deeper understanding of myself, others, and the world around me. I was lucky to learn from brilliant teachers and to meet inspiring, sparking people.
Yet when it comes to my own authenticity and my own voice, I still struggle. Sometimes I feel unsure about my direction or my message. At other times, I feel I have too many directions, too much to say, and the real purpose gets lost in the noise.
This is why I am inviting you to start a discovery together.
These online sessions will be playful, yet meaningful. I am walking this path myself, and I am doing the journey with you. I imagine a small group of people who have the courage to stay with the questions, explore possibilities, and face the truth. Together, we will look at the layers we may have built because of expectations, compliance, or trends, and gently examine what is truly ours.
I want to live my weirdness, my uniqueness, and let it show who I really am — because I believe that is the only way to create honest, unadulterated connections.

How the lab works
We meet online, in a small group call. There will be no more than 15 participants, so we can truly listen and leave room for each voice.
The sessions are interactive, but sharing is always a choice. You are welcome to stay quiet, to work inwardly, to take your own rhythm. How deeply you step in is entirely up to you.
What is this workshop series about?
– Discovering your true desires
– Exploring authenticity
– Boundary setting
– Self-discovery
– Boosting creativity and motivation
– Finding purpose
– Learning to work with resistance
– Articulating your voice

Your voice doesn’t have to be artistic. It doesn’t have to be loud. It simply has to be yours.
What are we going to do?
We will play, talk, and think. We will use imagination, improvisation, and simple theoretical concepts to explore fear, uncertainty, and inner chaos.
Each session will include:
– a short introduction
– a playful individual exercise
– optional shared reflection
– a short theoretical input
– a closing integration
I will also offer homework and guidelines to support your exploration between sessions.
Who is this for?
No experience is needed in any field. You don’t need to be an artist or consider yourself creative.
Everyone has an authentic self and a voice — it doesn’t have to be artistic. This lab is for anyone curious about self-discovery and self-awareness, and willing to make an effort to bring their honest self to the surface in order to create real connections: first with themselves, and then with others and the world.

An online lab for discovering your authentic self and your voice
– NOT ONLY FOR ARTISTS –
Important note
This online workshop series is a self-exploration and creative lab, not therapy. Participants are responsible for their own emotional well-being, and sharing is always optional.
If strong emotions arise, they will be treated with respect and care, but this space does not replace professional support. I facilitate and hold the space; I am not offering therapy or coaching, nor do I position myself as someone who “has it all figured out.” I am available between sessions for questions related to homework, technical support, or task clarification. Personal consultations can also be arranged separately by mutual agreement.
Questions open Up The World
I leave some interesting, motivating questions here for you to think about until we meet:

If the world were secretly trying to help me right now, how might it be doing so?

What would become possible if I gave myself permission to think bigger than “realistic”?

What would I explroe today if I trusted my curiosity more than my fear?
Discver your true desires
If you are curious about this topic, you can receive a Desire Mapping Guidebook for free.
