Our cancellation policy
 
In the peak season: 15 October – 14th April – Strict
 
We have a strict cancellation policy: your reservation can be cancelled at any time, but we do not refund your reservation fee. We are happy to offer to change your dates if you notify us about your cancellation at least 7 days before your check-in time.
  
In the low season: 15 April – 14 October – Flexible
 
During the low season
cancelling up to 3 weeks before your check-in date: if you cancel in this period, we refund your reservation fee (minus handling and booking costs)
cancelling up to 1 week before your check-in date: if you cancel in this period, we do not refund the first two nights of your reservation (none if you booked one or two nights). We refund the rest of your reservation fee (minus handling and booking costs).
 
The time of the refund:
Most of the time, we receive your reservation fee up to ten days after your check-out time, so your refund might be delayed up to this time.

Cancelling your reservation makes it harder for other travellers to book again. Many cancelled rooms will not fill up again, or maybe just partly. We designed our cancellation regarding this experience.
