Dear Friends!

I hope this message finds you in a good and happy way, wherever you may be. A few months ago i had the (not too) crazy idea to manifest a gathering for the Camino Family, and what else could happen on this gathering than trying to fulfill some projects. The winter season is going to be busy, with many art and self-development camps (contact dance, theatre improvisation, traditional thai massage course, slow camp, writing camp) and of course our two lovely festivals: Let me Fall and Let me Bloom festivals.

So Camino needs some care and love before all these happen, and who else could give that in the best way than us?

With this reason, and with the hope to see you again in Camino I am inviting you to our very first Camino Construction Camp (Camino Építőtábor, CCC) from 28 October to 8 November 2024.

Program:

We have 10 full days to do projects and also to rest and enjoy the place and each others’ company. So the idea is to have two blocks of working days (2×3 days) and two blocks of resting days (2×2 days). For the working days i will have a to do list, and have all the materials we need (Camino style) and for the resting days i will have some ideas what to do (also happy to hear your suggestions), like: daytrips by car, camp fire, outdoor cooking, piknik, art making, hiking, enjoying some sushi, second hand shopping, happy beach hours with sunset… etc..

If you know that you will come i am happy to talk about the projects in advance so i know what materials i need to prepare and what can be done in the CCC days. The planning might speed up the work and make it easier.

What you will get in the CCC:

Accommodation, food, beers, camino t-shirt (i need to know your size… especially if i haven’t seen or hugged you for many months) and transport if we go for trip/beach/etc.

What you need to contribue:

Your focused work on the working days, your transport to get to Camino and clear communication about your arrival time and t-shirt size.

If you are planning to come i will add you to the CCC24 whatsapp group where we can discuss all about the projects and plans and activites, and other important or not too important topics.
