Camino is Looking for a House Fairy

We are looking for a person (better to say: a fairy) who would be present with her/his/their magical power in Camino and keep everything in order, clean and tidy. This person would be responsible for the wellbeing of everyone in the house: guests, volunters animals and plants.

Our Fairy would coordinate the volunteers and be their for everyone’s needs in working hours.

What we expect from you?

Natural approach toward clean environment. Humble character. Team-player, understanding and patient. Many times you will be the mediator between the guests and your crazy boss or the volunteers and your crazy boss (a better way to put it: your boss with crazy ideas)

Excellent communication skills

Ability to carry out in-depth tasks

Friendlyness, organized mind, social attitude, honesty and respectful behaviour towards others.

Open minded person who is ready for cooperating in new ways of doing things, self-development and learning new skills.

Tasks we would like you to carry out:

Making sure that the house/rooms/common areas are ready to comfort the guests and volunteers

Communication with guests, volunteers and the boss with the crazy ideas

Training the volunteers

High-level knowledge of the tools required for daily operation

Checking on the maintanance of the house

Checking on the necessary stock for daily operation

Regular volunteers’ tasks (mainly: cleaning, reception work, and shopping)

Special help if needed for the boss with the crazy ides.

Help to find new members into the the volunteers’ team.

Experiences needed:

Good level of English is a must.

Experience in house keeping is a plus, although it is perfectly enough if you kept your own (or family’s) house clean and organized the daily life for yourself or only a small community.

Understanding of basic marketing, pr and communication tools.

Working hours a week:

2 days of regular volunteers’ shift (2x7h)

3 days supervasor/coordinating shfit (3x8h)

2 days off

You will be expected to check on your messages during your working days all day. Not on your days off.

Period of work: 1st February 2025 – 15th April 2025
